  I have no idea how almost every time I decided to go there they got the order wrong. I just get two items, a large mocha latte and a medium carmel iced coffee. The majority of the time the latte tastes like cardboard and is undrinkable and instead of carmel I'm given hazelnut. On top of that one time when I ordered they gave me an iced latte instead of hot, when I asked about it the girl who took my order said that I must have ordered it iced and that it wasn't her fault, no apology or anything. As someone who also works in food service I understand mistakes happen but the service given here is beyond a simple mistake, I now drive down to the Starbucks which is much farther down the highway but at least I get good coffee.
